Important Membership Information
Automatic Renewal: Paid memberships (Copper Top and Silver Bullet) automatically renew monthly unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support at plugincgn@gmail.com.
Cancellation Policy: When you cancel, your paid access continues through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not result in an automatic refund for the current period. After your billing period ends, your account transitions to Job Site (free) access.
Silver Bullet Eligibility Benefits: Silver Bullet membership provides eligibility for enhanced visibility, featured listings, member spotlights, interviews, podcasts, and network promotion. These benefits do not guarantee placement, publication, promotional work, interviews, project awards, employment, business results, or any specific deliverable. Specific services, deliverables, and scope are determined separately and are not unlimited membership entitlements.
Platform Role: CGN operates as a construction connection and opportunity network. CGN does not guarantee employment, hiring, project awards, bid acceptance, contracts, business results, member qualifications, quality of work, or successful business relationships. Members are responsible for verifying qualifications, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Price Changes: Current paid members will receive at least 30 days advance notice before any price increase takes effect for their membership.
